  • We want you to be delighted with the toys you purchase at Little Blue Choo Choo and littlebluechoochoo.com. If, for any reason, you&rsqou;re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for a refund. All items must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging. (Videos and VHS tapes must be unopened to qualify for return.) Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and any shipping or return shipping costs that we incur. (Note: If your original purchase qualified for free shipping and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost and any costs incurred to ship the product back to Little Blue Choo Choo. If you paid for shipping with your order, the shipping amount is not refundable.)

    Please email us at info@littlebluechoochoo.com for authorization before returning any items. If you fail to receive prior authorization, your refund will be delayed. To ensure that Little Blue Choo Choo receives your package, we recommend that you send the product to us via UPS or another carrier that offers both a package tracking service and insurance. Little Blue Choo Choo is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

    Gift Returns
    You may choose to have the refund issued to the credit card that made the original purchase or in the form of a Little Blue Choo Choo gift certificate. Make sure to e-mail us for prior authorization (see above) so that we can properly credit you for your return.

    Returns Due to Our Error
    If the return is the result of our error, Little Blue Choo Choo will pay the shipping costs associated with the return, and the restocking fee will not be applied.

    Defective or Damaged Items
    In the event an item is damaged in shipment, Little Blue Choo Choo will work with the shipper to replace the item(s). You must report the damage to Little Blue Choo Choo within 10 days of receipt. Please keep all original packaging and shipping materials. The damaged item must be inspected and picked up by the shipper before a replacement will be sent. Replacements or reimbursements cannot be made if reported after 10 days.     If an individual item is defective, in most cases the item will be repaired or replaced directly by the manufacturer. Little Blue Choo Choo will assist you in contacting the manufacturer.
